IT Compliance and Requirements Manager | Informatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves ensuring IT compliance by upholding all relevant laws, regulations, standards, and internal guidelines across the company's IT infrastructure and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the identification, documentation, and management of IT requirements within the CineStar Group, often working on a project basis and collaborating closely with specialist departments to develop these requirements. Furthermore, the manager will coordinate and monitor holistic IT development processes, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and quality standards are met. This position is part of the IT leadership team and includes deputizing for technical and disciplinary leadership of IT department staff. Ideal candidates possess a technical or scientific degree, at least five years of relevant professional experience, and strong knowledge of IT strategy implementation and requirements management methodologies. Excellent English skills are required, combining strategic oversight with hands-on compliance and team leadership.
