Job Summary
This role involves working within a dedicated 2nd and 3rd-Level Support team, ensuring over 6,000 colleagues and external partners have seamless and secure access to IT resources. The core focus is on the administration, automation, and development of a hybrid Microsoft infrastructure, specifically emphasizing the transition from on-premises services to cloud-based solutions like Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune. Day-to-day tasks include implementing security, compliance, and governance policies, managing Teams and Enterprise Applications, and utilizing PowerShell for process optimization. The ideal candidate has a completed IT qualification or comparable professional experience, deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, and proficiency in PowerShell scripting and identity management tools. This position offers the opportunity to evaluate new technologies, lead Proofs of Concept, and significantly contribute to maintaining a secure and stable IT environment within a large, Europe-wide operating group.
