Job Summary

PG Planung GmbH, a planning office specializing in technical building equipment (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, and Sanitary systems) in Villingen-Schwenningen, is seeking a Project Manager or Junior Project Manager (HVAC/Building Services) to join their team. The role involves the independent planning of technical building equipment systems according to the HOAI fee structure, including developing concepts, preliminary planning, and rigorous cost monitoring. Day-to-day responsibilities include site supervision, project monitoring, and formal project handovers. The ideal candidate will possess a degree or technical qualification in Energy and Building Technology or HLS (Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary) technology, coupled with strong technical expertise in HVAC and plumbing. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, a structured, independent working style, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, external partners, and key clients, ensuring high quality and efficiency in all projects.
