Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Project Manager specializing in security technology, based in Leipzig. The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, control, and implementation of security projects, including fire alarm systems, intrusion detection, video surveillance, and access control. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating project teams (technicians, fitters, draftsmen), ensuring quality, deadlines, and cost adherence, and handling technical and commercial project administration, including creating quotes and managing change requests. A key attractive element of this position is the strategic development opportunity, with the perspective of eventually taking over the leadership of the Leipzig site. Candidates must bring multi-year professional experience in project leadership within security technology, strong knowledge of relevant norms (DIN 14675, VDE 0833), and negotiation-level German skills.
