Job Summary

This is a challenging role for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to take overall responsibility for complex product development projects linked to state-of-the-art assembly technology, specifically enabling future generations of Intermediate Bus Converter product families. The role involves leading high-impact projects for Artificial Intelligence platforms, managing significant complexity and risk, and ensuring goals are met by continuously assessing progress and adjusting project plans. Key responsibilities include forward-looking risk management, proactive change management, and forming, guiding, and motivating diverse, cross-functional project teams. The ideal candidate must possess a background in Electrical Engineering or related fields, extensive project leadership experience, and strong intercultural competencies, coupled with the willingness to travel internationally to Europe, the US, and Asia.
