Job Summary

This role involves the crucial worldwide commissioning, assembly, and maintenance of complex plant systems, primarily focusing on electrical engineering within the service and supply chain department of a machinery manufacturer. The technician will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle, from initial assembly supervision and functional testing to final customer acceptance and staff training. Day-to-day tasks include mounting electrical, electro-hydraulic, electro-pneumatic, and mechanical components, performing repairs and conversions on-site, and meticulously documenting all work. Key requirements include several years of experience as an electrician or mechatronics technician, strong knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and control technology, and a high willingness to travel globally (approx. 75%).
