Job Summary

This role requires a proactive Project Engineer specializing in Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation (EICA/EMSR) systems for industrial and chemical plant construction. Day-to-day responsibilities involve leading and coordinating EICA sub-projects, managing resources, and ensuring timely execution. You will be responsible for the detailed planning and design of electrical systems, control cabinets, and installations, alongside preparing technical specifications, tenders, and procurement documents. A crucial part of the role is supervising assembly work, leading cold tests, commissioning activities, and providing ongoing plant support. You will also conduct technical negotiations with clients and suppliers. Success in this position requires a completed technical education in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology, combined with several years of professional experience in the EICA field. Candidates must possess very good German and good English skills, a structured approach, and be prepared for approximately 30% business travel, offering a permanent contract with flexible working and development opportunities.
