Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician responsible for providing on-site support to customers in the Salzburg area. Key daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving IT malfunctions, installing, configuring, and commissioning hardware and software, and replacing faulty components. The technician will also collaborate closely with the central ServiceDesk and Service Logistics teams and participate in IT projects such as the rollout of desktops, notebooks, tablets, smartphones, and peripheral devices. Candidates should possess a completed IT vocational education (apprenticeship, technical school, HTL) or be highly motivated career changers with strong technical aptitude. Essential requirements include proficiency in Microsoft operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals, coupled with a structured, customer-focused approach and a Class B driving license.
