Job Summary
This role seeks an experienced Business Analyst to drive digital transformation within a dynamic insurance company that is part of a global corporation. The specialist will focus heavily on modernizing the company's document processes, including the introduction of new Input Management and Document Management Systems (DMS). Day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing complex business processes, defining and prioritizing functional requirements in an agile (Scrum/SAFe) environment, and collaborating closely with stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams. Key qualifications include 2-3 years of professional experience, familiarity with agile methodologies, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills. Success in this position requires a structured, solution-oriented approach and proficiency in both German (C1) and English to manage requirements, coordinate functional testing, and define the technical roadmap for critical digital initiatives.
Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial and/or technical education. Specialization in Insurance or Business Informatics is advantageous.
Experience
