As a Team Lead for Application & Infrastructure, you will be responsible for the technical and organizational leadership of a small, dynamic team. Your core duties will involve ensuring the stable operation of a hybrid IT landscape across two locations, driving continuous development of system infrastructure, and managing various IT projects. This includes overseeing server infrastructure (Windows & Linux), virtualized environments (VMware, ESX), network management, and implementing robust backup and recovery strategies. You will also be the point of contact for external service providers and collaborate closely with internal departments on application-related matters. This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional with leadership aspirations, offering the chance to shape the IT future of an innovative medical diagnostics company.

- Several years of professional experience in administering complex IT infrastructures
- Experience in technical leadership of IT teams or project teams
- In-depth knowledge in virtualization (VMware, ESX)
- In-depth knowledge in network and security (Palo Alto, Fortigate, Lancom)
- In-depth knowledge in backup/recovery (Exagrid, Veeam, Acronis)
- In-depth knowledge in software distribution (Baramundi)
- In-depth knowledge in server operating systems (Windows & Linux)
- Experience with specific applications like Solidworks, MaxxDB, and GitHub is beneficial
