Job Summary

This role involves the critical organization and execution of laboratory tests on concrete and various building materials. You will be responsible for providing concrete technology support for ongoing production processes, continuously optimizing and adjusting material recipes based on raw materials, processing, and target values. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining, cleaning, and testing laboratory equipment, ensuring compliance with current standards and internal quality guidelines, and digitally managing test data. The ideal candidate has completed vocational training in a construction-related field, preferably possesses practical experience in testing concrete or building materials, and is prepared for shift work.
