Job Summary

This role involves managing the technical aspects of residential properties for a housing cooperative, focusing on maintenance, modernization, and tenant transitions. The technician will independently handle a varied workload, including organizing and executing apartment handovers and final inspections during tenant changes, documenting property conditions, and coordinating necessary repairs. A core responsibility is comprehensive damage and maintenance management, which includes evaluating claims (including insurance cases) and overseeing repair, refurbishment, and larger maintenance projects. The position requires extensive coordination with external partners such as craftsmen, specialist planners, and service providers. Candidates must also perform administrative tasks, including reviewing offers and invoices, and maintaining master data and documentation within the ERP system. Ideal candidates possess a background in skilled trades, technical fields (Technician/Master Craftsman), or commercial real estate with technical experience, coupled with a service-oriented approach and proficiency in MS Office and digital workflows.
