Job Summary

This role involves independently operating specialized machinery and systems crucial for manufacturing semiconductor chips (Dies), encompassing various processes such as photolithography, wafer cleaning, plasma etching, and anodic glass bonding. A core responsibility is continuous process monitoring, including initiating corrective measures immediately upon identifying errors, all while strictly adhering to detailed work instructions and rigorous quality specifications. The position requires performing detailed optical inspections and assessments of wafer surfaces using a microscope, based on a defined error catalog. Successful candidates must hold completed technical vocational training (such as a Chemical Laboratory Assistant or CTA qualification) and demonstrate initial professional experience in the field. Essential prerequisites include readiness for 3-shift work and the ability to operate effectively under strict cleanroom conditions, alongside strong reliability and teamwork skills.
