This role involves contributing to safety and environmental protection by developing and optimizing software for advanced gas detection systems for a leading hidden champion in Dortmund. The C# Software Developer will focus on the design and development of PC software used for configuring portable and stationary gas measuring devices, as well as the optimization of existing industrial and laboratory systems. A core part of the job includes modern application development, specifically creating apps using .NET MAUI, and integrating these systems via Cloud Services, MQTT, and Web Services. You will collaborate closely with hardware and firmware teams to evaluate and visualize measurement data. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in fields like Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, several years of programming experience, and strong proficiency in C#, .NET, WPF, and SQL databases.
