Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive 1st level IT support, focusing on Mobile Device Management (MDM) and ensuring hardware availability for employees in Munich-Sendling. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting issues via a ticketing system (TopDesk), phone, email, or on-site, escalating complex problems, and managing mobile devices such as phones and tablets. The specialist will also handle application deployment via MDM, execute hardware rollouts (including setup, dismantling, and exchange of devices), and propose and test new mobile devices.
