Job Summary
This role involves the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the d.velop documents Document Management System, including providing expert consultation to internal departments and partner organizations on implementing and expanding ECM/DMS-supported processes. The successful candidate will also manage and enhance Input Management Systems, provide first and second-level IT support, and actively participate in various IT and cooperation projects. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering IT training sessions, creating comprehensive IT documentation, and applying strong analytical and communication skills to daily tasks. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (Diploma/Bachelor) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration with a focus on Computer Science; OR completed vocational training as an IT Specialist, IT Management Assistant, or IT Systems Electronics Technician with comparable long-term professional experience in the mentioned areas.
Experience
- Experience with Document Management Systems, preferably d.velop documents
- Experience with Input Management Systems, preferably d.capture
- Experience with Oracle databases and SQL
- Experience in the administration of client and server systems (including scripting with PowerShell)
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL processes)
- Initial experience in conducting training sessions (remote via Teams and in-person)
