Job Summary

This role involves hands-on technical work focused on the construction, testing, and optimization of sensor components and assemblies. The successful candidate will be responsible for soldering and assembling sensor elements into semi-finished and finished products, developing bills of materials (BOMs), and conducting rigorous product-related testing and documentation. A key part of the job includes supporting in-house prototype construction, assisting with failure analysis, and contributing to product and process optimization projects, adhering to standards like IATF 16949 and ISO 9100. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering or Electronics, ideally with specialized knowledge in sensor technology, and demonstrate a self-reliant, results-oriented, and communicative working style.
