Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Electrical Engineering Planner specializing in medium voltage systems (1 kV to 36 kV) within a prominent industrial company in Oberhausen, Germany. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the future of the energy sector, working on exciting projects related to hydrogen, carbon capture, and gas infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive project planning and engineering for both new construction and retrofitting of medium voltage facilities. Key tasks involve creating specifications (Lasten- and Pflichtenheften), coordinating interfaces with other trades and external service providers, and generating essential documentation like wiring diagrams, cable lists, and functional descriptions. The position requires a strong background in medium voltage technology, including switchgear, grounding, lightning protection, and protection concepts, along with proficiency in relevant industry standards and CAD systems like AutoCAD or EPLAN.
