Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Engineering professional to manage and optimize scheduling during the execution phase of a power plant project in Erlangen. The core responsibilities include independently developing solutions for project issues, coordinating these solutions with overall project management and scheduling, and continuously optimizing the timeline using proven planning methodologies. Key activities involve creating internal reports such as deviation analyses, critical path reports, and S-curves. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering combined with project management experience, mandatory advanced proficiency in Primavera, and at least three years of professional experience in project execution. Fluency in both German and English is required, along with a willingness to travel 20-30% for business trips.
