Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position as an Electronics Technician in the Test Field, located in Waltershausen, involves crucial support for a leading innovative technology provider in mechanical and plant engineering. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving and setting up control cabinets, connecting them to auxiliary power, and performing precise wiring of test modules based on provided lists. You will provide essential support during testing and acceptance procedures, conduct minor repairs and wiring rework, and assist in building prototypes and test racks for special projects. A key function is preparing cabinets for shipment, ensuring all mandated inspections (visual, insulation, leakage current, protective conductor) comply strictly with DIN EN 61439 standards. Candidates must possess completed professional training as an Electrician or equivalent, several years of relevant experience, and mandatory qualification as a Certified Electrician (DGUV). This role requires strong manual dexterity, a high degree of quality consciousness, and the ability to work independently within a dynamic team.
