Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role involves hands-on manufacturing and filling of pharmaceutical products for a leading global medication manufacturer in Barleben, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and documenting production processes, including setting up, maintaining, and operating complex production machinery. Key responsibilities also include addressing minor mechanical malfunctions and managing material tracking for production orders. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training as a Pharmaceutical Technician or equivalent (e.g., Food Technology), coupled with at least one year of experience operating machinery and equipment, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector. This position requires flexibility, a willingness to work in a 3-shift system (early, late, night shifts) including weekends, and strong team-player qualities.
