Job Summary

This critical technical role involves supporting the electronics development team in the qualification of new energy systems by setting up and maintaining complex laboratory test environments. The technician will perform precision soldering, focusing heavily on SMD components, and ensure the quality of new parts by supporting the acceptance testing of PCBs, assemblies, and cables, verifying compliance with IPC criteria. A key responsibility is fault localization and analysis on field returns, actively contributing to product improvement processes. Furthermore, the role requires managing the functionality and availability of measuring equipment within the lab and maintaining organized inventory of sample parts and spare components. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification in electronics or mechatronics, possesses experience in lab automation, and is proficient in SMD soldering techniques.
