Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Electronics Technician, Electrician, or Mechatronics professional to join a company in Werl on a permanent contract. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving faults in electrical control systems of production facilities, adjusting and replacing sensory switching elements, and performing maintenance on electrical machinery and systems. A key part of the job involves constructing control cabinets and performing wiring for in-house plant construction, as well as assisting with the commissioning and testing of new machinery. Candidates should possess a high degree of quality awareness, meticulousness, and strong teamwork skills. The position requires willingness to work in early and late shifts (Früh- und Spätschicht) and offers attractive compensation, including above-tariff pay and supplementary benefits.
