This role is ideal for an experienced Civil Engineer specializing in underground, sewer, and road construction, seeking long-term perspectives within an established consulting firm in the East Westphalia region. The successful candidate will take on autonomous project management and execution, encompassing the full lifecycle from tendering and contract awarding (Vergabe) through to site supervision and construction management. Key responsibilities include ensuring that all construction work adheres strictly to quality, schedule, and cost requirements, and coordinating all specialist parties involved in the project. Candidates must hold a degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and possess strong interpersonal skills, self-initiative, and proficiency in modern IT and communication technologies, enabling a self-organized and goal-oriented approach to complex infrastructure projects.
