Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled Hardware and Software Engineer to join an established team near Wuppertal, focusing on the planning, documentation, and programming of complex electro-technical systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating electrical designs, developing control systems and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) applications using platforms like Siemens S7, TIA Portal, and WinCC, and ensuring software solutions meet industry standards like GAMP5. The ideal candidate possesses a degree or vocational training in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, coupled with several years of professional experience in electrical construction and PLC programming. The position requires managing projects comprehensively, from the initial quotation phase and technical coordination with suppliers through to final commissioning, which occasionally requires on-site customer visits. Fluency in German and strong English skills are essential for technical communication and documentation.
