Job Summary
This role centers on the maintenance, repair, and preparation of specialized rugged mobile devices, such as Panasonic TOUGHBOOKS, which are deployed in demanding environments ranging from rescue operations and field surveying to manufacturing halls. The technician will be responsible for the entire lifecycle management of these devices, including performing meticulous technical incoming and outgoing inspections, thorough quality control to analyze defects and deficiencies, and classifying used equipment. A key task involves determining the residual value of used devices and identifying potential future applications. The ideal candidate holds a technical vocational qualification (e.g., Electronics Technician or Mechatronics Engineer) or demonstrates strong technical aptitude allowing for a career change.
