This role involves ensuring the highest quality standards for metallic materials by serving as a dedicated Materials Tester based in Meinerzhagen. Key responsibilities include conducting qualitative examinations of materials using macro- and microscopic techniques, performing detailed damage and defect diagnoses on components exhibiting metallographic abnormalities, and evaluating structural elements like form, size, lattice structure, and phase boundaries. The role also requires participation in internal and external audits and managing regular recertification processes every 3 or 5 years.
