Job Summary
The S&G Group, a leading automotive dealer and the oldest Mercedes-Benz partner globally, is seeking a motivated Team Lead for IT Support to join their internal system house, S&G DigIT. This role is crucial for coordinating and actively participating in the First and Second-Level Support for internal employees, covering hardware, software (Windows, MS Office, Mobile Devices), and end-device configuration. The Team Lead will be responsible for analyzing and resolving faults, managing documentation via a ticketing system, and ensuring the organization and development of the support team. Key responsibilities also include leading IT projects, such as digital transformation rollouts and hardware procurement. Candidates must possess a relevant IT qualification, several years of professional experience in IT Support/Helpdesk, and proven experience in team leadership and coordination.
