The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically embedding sustainability goals (Agenda 2030/SDGs) into administrative and political processes, including developing monitoring systems for success control and reporting. Key activities include developing sustainable procurement standards, integrating climate-friendly building criteria into planning, leading the Fairtrade-Town recertification process, and fostering inter-municipal cooperation and regional networking. The position requires a completed degree in relevant fields (e.g., Environmental Science or Sustainability Management), strong expertise in climate protection, sustainable procurement law, and project coordination experience.
