Job Summary

This role is crucial for accelerating the transition to sustainable energy by ensuring the operational readiness of complex production machinery at Gigafactory Berlin. The Electrician/Mechatronics Technician will primarily focus on troubleshooting and eliminating faults during production and downtime. Key responsibilities include performing scheduled repair, maintenance, overhaul, and preventive maintenance tasks on all manufacturing equipment according to specifications. Successful candidates must possess completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician (German certified) and be willing to work in a full continuous 3-shift model. This position requires strong technical understanding, hands-on skills, and the readiness to work specifically with high-voltage battery systems, contributing directly to Tesla's mission in Europe.
