Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a Software Product Manager to act as the dedicated Product Owner for a Workforce Management (WFM) software suite, focusing specifically on the administrative and master data management areas. The role involves taking technical responsibility for the continuous development of the WFM platform, collaborating closely with internal teams (Development, Consulting, Support, Sales) and international clients to gather, prioritize, and translate requirements into robust solutions. A key focus will be evolving the master data model, designing user-friendly configuration wizards, and implementing innovative, potentially AI-based features for data administration. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT, business informatics, or business administration, coupled with technical understanding of web services and APIs, and fluent communication skills in both German and English.

Experience
- Professional experience in product management or product ownership
- Experience in collaborating with international clients to define requirements
- Project responsibility for system data transfer mechanisms (transport mechanisms)
- Experience in presenting new functionalities and overseeing implementation through rollout
