Job Summary

This role is ideal for a proactive IT System Administrator eager to take full responsibility for a modern IT landscape within a dynamic, medium-sized company in Neuwied. Day-to-day, you will manage and maintain the entire Windows Server environment, performing regular updates and ensuring data security through robust backup protocols and implementation of current security standards. A significant part of the job involves client administration, providing crucial First- and Second-Level support to 40 employees, and managing hardware like notebooks and mobile devices. Furthermore, you will be responsible for optimizing the corporate network infrastructure, including LAN, WLAN, VPN, and Firewall systems. A key task is the administration and support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system, coordinating external partners for necessary adjustments.
