Job Summary

This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional to steer financial performance and optimize processes within a high-tech engineering environment. Key responsibilities include clarifying and validating data for monthly billing and calculation, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. The analyst will be crucial in building, developing, and optimizing internal and external billing and qualification processes, including creating tools for process enhancement. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring quality cost trends, forecasting budget key figures, and deriving actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Success requires negotiating findings with various stakeholders and coordinating requirements. Candidates must possess a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with professional experience in Change Management, Controlling, and Project Management, ideally within the Aerospace sector. Strong proficiency in German and English is mandatory, as German is the primary working language.
