Candidates should possess a relevant IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist in System Integration or equivalent practical experience, coupled with good proficiency in both German and English. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist in System Integration, IT Customer Consultant, IT System Electronics Technician, IT System Salesperson, IT Service Technician, or Information Electronics Technician) or similar qualification

Experience

  • Practical experience in fault analysis and resolution of hardware, software, and network issues
