Job Summary
As a VIP Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for high-priority users, handling incoming technical issues predominantly in English, both over the phone and in writing. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing and resolving errors remotely and directly at the workstation, configuring and installing PCs, workstations, and their peripherals. You will also collaborate with 3rd Level Support specialists for complex issues and maintain technical documentation within the ticketing system. Required Skills
Education
