Job Summary

This role is ideal for a specialist in food chemistry or ecotrophology looking to ensure full compliance with food legislation for a leading producer of chilled delicatessen salads and dressings within the successful Wernsing-Food-Family group. The Quality Assurance Specialist will independently manage legal parameters, handle official inquiries and customer complaints related to food labeling, and manage the creation and administration of declarations, including nutritional declarations (Nutri-Score). Key responsibilities also involve creating finished product specifications in customer portals and conducting labeling checks. The position requires a degree or vocational training in Food Chemistry or Ecotrophology, coupled with strong foundational knowledge in chemistry, microbiology, and food law.
