M365 Solution Architect / Engineer | IT administrator (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role seeks an M365 Solution Architect/Engineer to join the Modern Workplace Team, focusing on enabling secure, scalable, and innovative Microsoft 365 and Atlassian solutions. The professional will be critical in leading Copilot Studio and M365 Copilot initiatives, designing scalable copilots, and driving adoption using clear value metrics. Day-to-day tasks involve implementing robust governance and security controls, including DLP, eDiscovery, and conditional access, and automating processes at scale using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and CI/CD. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of enterprise-level M365 implementation experience and strong proficiency across the Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Purview.
