Job Summary

This role involves serving as the central point for managing and optimizing technical building systems within the Real Estate & Solutions Team in Berlin. The successful candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of Technical Building Management (TGM) processes, ensuring the flawless functionality of all in-house technical facilities. Day-to-day tasks include managing complex technical systems, coordinating small construction projects and external service provider deployments across Berlin and its satellite offices, and conducting performance acceptance checks and controlling. Key requirements include a degree in Engineering or a qualification as a certified Technician/Master in TGM/TGA, Electrical Engineering, or Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) technology.
