Job Summary
This role is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional with a background in skilled trades or technology, ideally holding a Master Craftsman or equivalent qualification, to take on a leadership position within an organization dedicated to providing vocational perspectives for people with disabilities. As the Team Coordinator for Industrial Services, you will be responsible for the technical leadership of a large team, including both skilled staff and approximately 80 people with disabilities. Your daily tasks will involve planning, controlling, and developing production and service processes, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and economic efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, ready to take responsibility, and passionate about mentoring and qualifying employees, including providing light care duties when necessary.
