This role involves working as a Dairy Laboratory Technician in Neumünster, focusing on ensuring the quality and safety of food products, particularly in the dairy sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently conducting comprehensive chemical, physical, and microbiological examinations of food samples, handling specialized testing equipment, and performing sample collection and hygiene controls.
