The Study Director is responsible for the comprehensive planning, organization, and execution of greenhouse studies focused on the environmental compatibility of crop protection agents. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed test plans and reports while strictly adhering to the GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) standard. A key part of the role involves the technical and organizational management of a highly modern, fully automated, and climate-controlled greenhouse facility. Furthermore, the Study Director maintains direct and professional communication with clients. This role requires a completed degree in Agricultural Sciences or a related field, proficiency in statistical tools, and excellent German and English skills, making it an ideal fit for a structured and communicative professional interested in environmental safety and plant technology.
