Job Summary

FLEXOO GmbH, a leader in printed flexible sensor solutions for automotive and industrial electronics, is seeking a highly experienced Testing Engineer for their Development QA team in Heidelberg. This crucial role involves establishing, operating, and continuously improving data-driven quality assurance and testing processes across the entire product lifecycle. The professional will define and implement the overall testing strategy, establish quality KPIs, and drive data-driven improvements using expert-level statistical methods. Key responsibilities include designing and optimizing QA automation solutions, applying Verification & Validation (V&V) methods, and ensuring compliance with quality standards (such as IATF 16949) through internal and external audits. The ideal candidate must possess a Master's degree in Engineering, significant professional QA experience, and excellent technical documentation skills (8D, FMEA, Six Sigma), ensuring robust and scalable product quality in an industrial environment.
