Job Summary
This role involves driving the strategic development and continuous improvement of a competency center within the aerospace industry, specifically at the Airbus facility in Manching. The Process Manager will be responsible for structuring, documenting, and enhancing operational processes, translating complex workflows into understandable representations. Key daily tasks include initiating and managing sustainable improvement measures, designing and executing training, coaching, and learning formats to effectively transfer knowledge, and maintaining documentation within the Business Management System. The ideal candidate must possess a technical degree or relevant vocational training combined with professional experience in process management, excellent Lean Management knowledge, and proficiency in using Jira and Confluence.
