Job Summary

This full-time Laboratory Technician role is based in the Dassel area, focusing heavily on quality control and advanced analytical procedures for membrane and paper filter products. Key responsibilities include executing quality inspections, performing extensive microbiological work—such as handling bacterial strains, germ counting, bioburden, and particle measurements—and conducting incoming goods inspections using sophisticated analytical techniques including Ion Chromatography (IC), Gas Chromatography (GC), and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). The technician will also be responsible for specialized physical and chemical analyses, including molecular biology methods like Western Blot. Success in this role requires meticulous documentation, evaluation of test results, and strict adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards. The ideal candidate must possess vocational training as a Biological Technical Assistant (BTA) or an equivalent qualification, coupled with strong IT proficiency in MS Office and a high degree of responsibility and diligence.
