Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Hardware System Developer focused on marine systems, responsible for analyzing product and component requirements and translating them into technical concepts. Day-to-day tasks involve developing and selecting electronic components, conducting design analyses to ensure technical feasibility and quality, and coordinating the development of individual hardware components. A key part of the role is integrating these developed components into new or existing system architectures and preparing detailed hardware specifications and manufacturing documents for production and quality assurance. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or Mechatronics, or has relevant technical training, coupled with foundational professional experience in development or as a technician. Proficiency in distributed systems analysis and design, along with familiarity with version control systems like Git and tools such as SAP, Jira, or Confluence, is essential.
