Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join the ITSM team, focusing on the sustainable operation and enhancement of the global ServiceNow application suite across multiple German locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include the independent planning, execution, and monitoring of system updates and upgrades, creating detailed system designs, and implementing complex requirements for internal customers. The Developer will be responsible for defining and advancing IT processes and ensuring their seamless integration into ServiceNow, alongside implementing necessary interfaces and integration solutions. Key qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT background, a minimum of five years of professional experience in ServiceNow development, and expertise in implementation, administration, Service Portal, and UI components (ITSM/ITOM). A ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and strong knowledge of ITIL processes are mandatory. The position offers flexible working hours, 30 days of vacation, and the opportunity to work autonomously within an international, family-owned automotive supplier group.
