Job Summary

This role involves critical coordination and execution of agricultural field trials, covering the entire lifecycle from initial planning and sowing through to harvesting, data collection, and final evaluation. The technician will play a vital role in ensuring the successful implementation of projects focused on crop protection and variety management within Akkodis' Plant Engineering Competence Center. Key responsibilities include selecting appropriate field locations, coordinating field operations (sowing, maintenance, and harvest), and potentially conducting hands-on sowing and harvesting work, particularly within Central Germany. Candidates should possess a background in agriculture—either a relevant vocational qualification (Skilled Worker, Technician, Master Craftsman) or a Bachelor's degree—and ideally have good knowledge of crop protection and cultivation techniques.
