Job Summary
This role involves taking full responsibility for complex plant and mechanical engineering projects, guiding them from initial planning through to final commissioning. The Project Manager will develop holistic concepts for managing and controlling all project phases, including engineering, procurement, construction, and startup, specifically for medium to large proposal and contract projects. Key responsibilities include leading the project team, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and quality targets, and representing the project to clients and partners. Candidates must possess a degree in engineering (such as process engineering or mechanical engineering) and several years of relevant professional experience, ideally within process-oriented plant and mechanical engineering. Success requires strong organizational skills, proactive cross-functional thinking, and fluent proficiency in both German and English.
