Job Summary

This leadership role focuses on managing and developing a team of hardware planners specializing in industrial automation. The Team Leader will be responsible for the technical planning, development, and design of hardware solutions for control, drive, and safety technology within custom machinery and complex systems. Key responsibilities include project and resource planning (up to a 12-month horizon), ensuring efficient project completion, and maintaining compliance with relevant electrical construction standards and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a background in electrical engineering or automation technology, fundamental experience with EPLAN, and knowledge of modern drive and control concepts.
