This critical role involves leading construction projects focused on the national energy transition, encompassing electromobility, digital grids, and renewable energy infrastructure like charging points and utility line construction (electricity, gas, and water). The successful candidate will assume full responsibility for project execution, from initial planning through to final completion, including comprehensive budget management, cost control, and ensuring profitability. Key responsibilities include coordinating all project activities, managing project and schedule timelines, overseeing contract management with clients and subcontractors, and leading a team of construction managers and project stakeholders. Candidates must possess a technical degree or equivalent qualification, profound knowledge of construction contract law (VOB), and strong project management skills, coupled with technical understanding and proficiency in relevant project management and calculation software.
